Refund policy
To be eligible for a return or refund please contact us at BoozeRun@elivery.ca.
Refund requests can only be made within 24hours after purchase.
We do not issue refunds for 100% of the amount paid;
A minimum of 2.9% + $0.30 of the total amount paid is non-refundable.
We do not keep these funds, they are automatically deducted at the time your credit card is processed by Merchant Payment Fees by Shopify when an order is placed. Even when we refund a customer, these fees are not returned to us.
Additionally, will not cover these fees in the event you've changed your mind and would like to cancel the order; If you chose not to fully read all our sites published policies, including our delivery area and last call.
In instances where the order has been dispatched to a driver or the delivery has been attempted, the delivery fee & driver tip are also non-refundable

Tampered, Damaged and Other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened bottles and perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
