Booze Run Canada is Toronto's dedicated same-day alcohol delivery service — built from the ground up to do one thing well: get your order to your door, fast, reliably, and legally.

Who We Are

Booze Run Canada is operated by elivery Logistics Group Inc., an Ontario-incorporated company based in the Greater Toronto Area. We are not a food delivery app. We are not a marketplace. We are a licensed, purpose-built alcohol courier — and that focus is what makes us different.

Our mission is simple: skip the trip. Whether you forgot something for a dinner party, you're hosting a watch party, or you just don't want to deal with a parking lot on a Friday night, Booze Run Canada is the better option.

Our Licence

Booze Run Canada holds a Liquor Delivery Service Licence issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019. This is the correct regulatory licence for dedicated alcohol delivery services in Ontario — not a food delivery exemption, not a grey-area workaround.

We operate fully within Ontario provincial law. Delivery is permitted only during approved hours. Every order is delivered by a person who is trained and certified under a Board-approved responsible liquor delivery training program.

Smart Serve & Responsible Service

Every Booze Run Canada delivery is carried out by a Smart Serve certified driver. Smart Serve is Ontario's provincial responsible alcohol service training program, recognized by the AGCO. Our drivers are trained to:

• Verify government-issued photo ID at the door for every delivery
• Refuse delivery to anyone who cannot prove they are 19 years of age or older
• Refuse delivery to anyone who appears to be intoxicated
• Handle refused deliveries in compliance with AGCO regulations

No ID, no delivery. No exceptions.

Our Service Area

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, including: Toronto (Downtown, Midtown, West End, East End), North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Thornhill. Additional Ontario cities served on a 3-5 business day basis with a $60 minimum.

Hours of Operation

• Monday – Thursday: 11am – 9pm (last call 8pm)
• Friday – Saturday: 11am – 10pm (last call 9pm)
• Sunday: 12pm – 8pm (last call 7pm)

We operate within LCBO hours in compliance with Ontario provincial alcohol regulations.

Our Commitment to Safe Delivery

We take responsible service seriously. This means:

• ID is verified on every single delivery — no exceptions, no matter how familiar the customer
• We do not leave alcohol unattended at a door
• We do not deliver to anyone showing signs of intoxication
• We maintain AGCO-required records for all transactions
